Thanks to the excellent connections provided by the local public transport network, you can walk from your apartment hotel in Meransen/Maranza directly to the bus station, reach the village of Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria down in the valley within only 10 minutes and conveniently continue from there by bus or train – for free. The mostly small, old and historically interesting cities of Brixen/Bressanone, Bruneck/Brunico, Bozen/Bolzano (the province’s capital) and Sterzing/Vipiteno can be reached from Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria in a short time and you save yourself the tiresome search for a parking space in the cities.
