In our luxury apartments you get to choose if you wish to cook your meals yourself or want to eat out at any of the high-quality restaurants in Meransen/Maranza and its surroundings. We ourselves adore travelling and love to discover new places and cultures. In our experience, our stays were most rewarding whenever we tried to ‘live’ in a place and mingled with the local people, flexibly, freely and spontaneously spending our time there as we pleased, without having to, for example, consider mealtimes. Apartment stays have always allowed us to make the most of our vacation, without any of the constraints daily life often puts on us. No timetables, none of the pressures of everyday life – that is what a holiday should really be about.
There is just one daily routine we never wanted to renounce to: the luxury of a proper and healthy breakfast. That is why we want to offer a relaxed, delicious and healthy breakfast, rich in vitamins, to help you get started your day in the best way possible.
It has always been our dream, a project really close to our hearts, to open the apartment hotel here in Meransen/Maranza, our home village and absolute favourite place. This place brings together everything we love about our home region, everything that makes the microcosm of South Tyrol so special: the locals’ heartfelt hospitality, stunning views of incredible mountain worlds, loads and loads of opportunities to get active, such as hiking or skiing, in order to recharge one’s batteries, fresh mountain air and plenty of sunshine.”
“My five siblings and I grew up in the small village of Spinges, which is a stone’s throw away from Meransen. I have been living in Meransen since 2013. After graduation I started working as a receptionist in my husband’s parental hotel, where I stayed for ten years. Apart from the direct contact with our guests, which I always enjoyed and still enjoy, I also began to see to marketing tasks, increasingly taking care of the hotel’s marketing. In 2017, I did some specialist training in this field, eventually starting up my own business in hotel consulting and marketing. My passions include mountain hiking and good food – I will gladly recommend some excellent restaurants and great hiking trails to you. At Panorama Living Dolomites you will either find me at the reception or at our panoramic restaurant “perfect view”. “

"Together with my sister Evelyn, I grew up here in Meransen, where our parents used to run a small guest house. In 2005, this guest house was renovated and structurally altered to be turned into a proper hotel. Today, the hotel is run by my sister and her husband and has become one of the leading addresses for high-standard wellness stays in South Tyrol. During my studies in Verona and Lucerne, I used to support my sister in all strategical matters as well as in the field of marketing. After graduation, I worked as a hotel and tourism consultant and advisor for an Austrian business for four years before becoming CEO at the ski resort Gitschberg Jochtal as well as the chairman of the tourist association. I love my job and I am thrilled at the idea of being able to contribute to the development of the touristic area I am officially in charge of. I travel a lot for reasons of work but there is hardly a day that does not begin with a wonderful breakfast at our panoramic restaurant “perfect view”, which is simply too great to miss out on….”
