Prices

The prices indicated in the price list are per night for 2 persons including breakfast but without daily cleaning.

The price for children, teenagers and additional adults depends on their age and the booking season. The price list for children, adolescents and additional adults is per person.

Visitor's tax

On January 1, 2014, a visitor's tax (also called local tax or tourist tax) was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this tax is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. The tourist tax is 3.50 € per guest and night. Children and teenagers under the age of 14 are exempt. The visitor's tax is due on departure and is indicated separately on the invoice.

Breakfast

All luxury apartments at Panorama Living Dolomites can only be booked as overnight stays with breakfast. The rich breakfast buffet in our panoramic restaurant "perfect view" is ready for you between 07.30 and 10.15 o'clock every morning. You are also welcome to enjoy breakfast outside on our panorama terrace.

Reservation

Reservations are only accepted in written form (by e-mail) and are considered fixed after the transfer of a deposit (30% of the total amount). You can reach us by telephone from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in the apartment hotel Panorama Living Dolomites. Please register them when booking your luxury apartment. For your dog we charge 20 € per day. Please bring your own dog bed (basket or blanket), as it will make your four-legged friend feel most comfortable and safe.

Non-smoking apartments

The Panorama Living Dolomites is a non-smoking luxury apartment hotel. Smoking is therefore only allowed outdoors on the terraces or in the garden area.

Deli shop

You can pay for the products taken from our Gourmet Shop directly at the reception (till 6:00 pm) or write them on your hotel bill and pay for them at the end of your stay.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of a rejection...

• until 30 days before arrival: a processing fee of 200 € will be charged
• between 30 and 3 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 70% of the booked price
• 2 days before arrival: we charge 100% of the booked price

In case of late arrival or early departure we also charge 100% of the booked price.
In case of no-show we charge 100% of the booked price.

Travel insurance

Since something unpredictable can always happen, every trip should be secured. Therefore, we recommend always taking out travel insurance.
