The luxurious apartment hotel Panorama Living Dolomites is located directly at the slopes. After a deluxe breakfast in our panoramic restaurant "perfect view" you grab your ski equipment which you have deposited in our ski cellar and directly enter the Gitschberg Jochtal skiing resort. The family-friendly ski resort offers 55 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes as well as 15 modern lifts, stretching from Gitschberg, our local mountain, via Vals to Jochtal. On blue, red and blue slopes you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine and the unique panoramic view of the snow-covered Dolomites. Non-skiers are offered a variety of alternatives in the ski resort. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the snow-covered winter landscape on countless winter hiking trails. Be the first to leave a trace on fresh new snow with your snowshoes, or walk on the groomed winter hiking trails in your warm boots... Various Alpine huts and mountain restaurants located in idyllic valleys can serve as your destination. You can also use the cable cars of the ski area without skis and enjoy the sun and the panoramic view from the mountain huts. Skiers and non-skiers meet for lunch directly in the ski area.

Especially children are happy about the new toboggan run "Brimi Winter Run" in the Gitschberg Jochtal skiing area, which starts at the top of the Gitschberg and leads over 6.5 kilometers to Meransen/Maranza. Great fun for young and old! In addition to this toboggan run, there are other sledging opportunities in the Ski- & holiday area Gitschberg Jochtal, where the tobogganing fun is combined with a hike.

Also for cross-country skiers the Gitschberg Jochtal skiing area has a lot to offer. In Vals/Valles as well as in Terenten/Terento there is a 7 km long cross-country trail. A special experience for cross-country skiers is the cross-country trail on the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm, a vast Alpine pasture at almost 2,000 metres above sea level. Gliding along on your cross-country skis, you can enjoy the unique panorama of the Dolomites around the impressive Peitler Kofel mountain.

The Gitschberg Jochtal ski & Alpine pasture region has numerous family-friendly hiking trails, medium-difficulty tours and demanding tours to offer.
