Our aparthotel in Meransen offers the perfect blend of comfort, indulgence and environmental sustainability. To understand why we care so deeply about respecting and preserving nature, you need only look at the stunning Dolomites surrounding us. From choosing local products to adopting smart resource-saving strategies, we put every effort into making your holiday not only special and blissful but also gentle towards nature.
Start your day tasting the authentic flavours of South Tyrol! Our breakfast features fresh, locally sourced products, including milk and yogurt from the South Tyrolean dairies Brimi and Mila, bread from the Gasser bakery in Lüsen, and fresh strawberries and raspberries grown at our neighbouring farm in summer. We source our tea blends from Kräuterrebellen and coffee from Alps Coffee Schreyögg, two companies based in the Vinschgau valley. Last but not least, our buffet is entirely plastic and packaging-free – because you don’t need wrappings to get wrapped up in taste!
Fancy a little exploration into the culinary landscape of South Tyrol? Visit our shop and browse a fine selection of local specialities, including some of the best wines from the region, exquisite olive oil from our farmer friends in Tuscany, crispy Schüttelbrot (traditional unleavened bread) and irresistible Loacker confectionery. You will find everything you need to conjure up a mouth-watering meal in your luxury apartment or to simply enjoy an indulgent aperitif with a South Tyrolean twist.
We take full advantage of Meransen’s sunny weather, and so can you! We use a photovoltaic system to produce environmentally friendly electricity, and we have two charging stations available for recharging your electric car. We only change bed linen and towels on request, and the sauna in your luxury apartment is heated only when needed, rather than automatically. This way, you can help us save precious resources without compromising on comfort and indulgence.
We are committed to waste separation and provide convenient facilities for waste disposal both in the apartments and in our on-site recycling area. However, preventing waste is even better than separating it, which is why we encourage guests to enjoy the excellent spring water that flows from our taps rather than buy single-use water bottles. If you don’t have a reusable bottle with you, you are welcome to use the glass bottle provided in your apartment – it’s perfect for your outdoor pursuits, too!
Exquisite living comfort: our luxury apartments are made of high-quality solid wood to ensure a pleasant indoor climate while also protecting the environment. From carpenters to electricians and floor layers, we rely entirely on skilled craftspeople from local businesses who work with great dedication and attention to detail.
Here at Panorama Living Dolomites, we know how important it is to think and act sustainably across all areas. For us, this entails not only using resources consciously but also acknowledging our social responsibility and interacting respectfully with both our guests and our team.
We strive to maintain a fair and inclusive working environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and feel welcome and respected, regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity or disability.
