Our luxury apartments are perfectly situated: Located on a sun-kissed southern slope, the apartment hotel Panorama Living Dolomites offers a unique panoramic view. Additionally, it can easily be reached. The new apartment hotel is just a fifteen-minute drive from the motorway exit Brixen/Pustertal. Furthermore, it is just twenty minutes from Brixen/Bressanone, the historically interesting Bishop’s town, and thirty minutes from Bruneck/Brunico, the main town of the Pustertal valley.

Should you wish to spend a car(e)free holiday, public transport works really well and the connections are good. The cable car station is within walking distance: By cable car, you can go down to the village of Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria from where you can take the bus to Brixen/Bressanone or the train to Bruneck/Brunico. There are buses and trains every 30 minutes. From May until November, the cable car, the bus and the train can be used for free thanks to the special tourist ticket Almencard Plus which our guests are given (included service May – November).

Are you planning on travelling by train? No problem. Our shuttle service can pick you up at the train station of Franzensfeste/Fortezza for an additional fee of 20 €. Should you desire to be picked up, please inform us about it already upon booking your stay with us.

Arriving from the north via Brenner/Brennero pass

Take the motorway A22 in direction of Bozen/Bolzano-Verona. Get off the motorway at the exit “Pustertal/Brixen”. Follow the road signs in direction of Pustertal. After about four kilometres, before entering a tunnel, leave the state road and continue to the village centre of Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria. Shortly before the village centre, take a left turn und follow the road signs for Meransen/Maranza. Once you have reached Meransen/Maranza, turn left right after the public parking, go past the church, then turn right into “Kösselergasse” (street name).

Arriving from the south
