It`s teatime, my dear!

You don’t need to be a Brit to appreciate it: the love of this hot beverage is shared throughout the globe, and people all over the world happily turn to tea for its soothing and calming effects as well as its pleasant taste. Especially in winter, this healthy brew promotes physical and mental well-being.

That’s why, at Panorama Living Dolomites, the breakfast table features a choice of fine, creative herbal tea blends from Südtiroler Kräuter Rebellen.

There is no better way to take in the magnificent view of the Pustertal and Eisacktal valleys and the Dolomites than sitting in our Panorama restaurant with a cup of tea in your hand. Discover what herbs and flavours hide in a cup of Bergwiese (mountain meadow) or Gletscher (glacier) tea!

The two young farmers from the Vinschgau valley who founded Südtiroler Kräuter Rebellen put all their love of nature and herbs into creating their uniquely flavoured tea blends. The herbs for their products grow in the remote Martelltal valley and in the Stelvio National Park at an altitude of 800 to 1,400 metres, in an area that is free from traffic and polluting fumes. They are cultivated without using pesticides and harvested by hand with the greatest care – here in South Tyrol, we’ve always put quality before quantity.

And this is something you can really see, smell and taste in every cup. At breakfast, choose your blend and let the colourful leaves take a long, hot soak in your cup. You will be rewarded by a fine scent of mountain meadows and a palette of uplifting aromas.

PS: We’ll let you in on our little secret: the Bergwiese blend includes green tea and cornflower, while Gletscher is a refreshing blend of peppermint, lemon balm and mallow.

It`s teatime, my dear!
